Who Manages the Thriverous Blog?

Thriverous has two writers who are both very passionate about weight loss, health and wellness! Thriverous is managed by Theo Ramwell. There are currently two active writers for the Thriverous Weight Loss blog: Mairead Lennon and Theo Ramwell.

Mairead Lennon is a writer and editor with a Masters in Creative Writing from the University of Birmingham. She is committed to writing quality non-fiction and creative content on topics she is passionate about.

She takes pride in her thorough research and ethical approach to weight loss and fitness and always adds a personal touch.

Theo is a passionate weight loss blogger and YouTuber with 12 years of experience.

Theo started in Gaming but over the years has expanded his knowledge base to include subjects such Weight Loss, Gaming and Blogging. Theo spends countless hours writing about subjects that interest him. He is most passionate about helping people through their own fitness journeys.

He’s the founder of Thriverous.com, a weight loss site born out of his own journey of going from 137kg to 90kg.

Theo’s approach to weight loss is sustainable and realistic, focusing on creating an attractive aesthetic while balancing long-term physical and mental health.
